What happens if I go over my quota?

When you hit your quota, imports stop (hard stop) — no hidden pay-per-lead charges. You get warnings at 80% and 95%, and you can upgrade to the next tier instantly at any time.

How is a lead counted?

1 lead = 1 lead. If you sell the same lead multiple times (multisale), it still only counts once against your quota — fair, no gotchas.

When does the quota reset?

On your anniversary date — it renews each month on the day you activated. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

From the Standard plan up, you connect your own Stripe account so all buyer payments land directly in your account. Manual top-ups are also available to get you started.

Can I cancel the platform fee monthly?

Yes, cancel monthly. No annual lock-in. Onboarding is done personally so you start off on the right foot.
